Abstract
Objective To study the clinical curative ef ect of glucocorticoid treatment of early severe hepatitis. Methods To choose between September 2010 and September 2010, our hospital 98 cases of early severe hepatitis patients as the research object, its were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 49 cases were given comprehensive treatment, treatment group (49 cases on the basis of comprehensive treatment for glucocorticoid treatment, compared two groups of patients with clinical therapeutic ef ect. Results The treatment group patients clinical curative ef ect was bet er than control group, significant dif erence comparing the two groups, with statistical significance ( < 0.05). Conclusion Glucocorticoid used in clinical treatment of early severe hepatitis, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, clinical ef ect is precise, less side effects and is worth the clinical promoted application.关键词
