Abstract
Objective To investigate the treatment technology in the diagnosis and treatment of bone fractures in the chest after the 16-slice CT.Methods October2012 October 2013 in our hospital 60 cases of bone fractures in patients with chest as the research object, using 16-slice spiral CT in al patients underwent CT scans were observed in patients selected sternum ,scapula,vertebrae,clavicle CT findings and rib fractures and surgical findings and CT results for comparative analysis.Results The group of five cases of fracture of the sternum,scapula fracture 16 cases,21cases of thoracic fractures,clavicle fractures in 12 cases,60 cases of rib fractures,the 16-slice spiral CT can clearly show the soft tissue in the treatment directly reflect the degree of fracture displacement,while the fracture line case,the surgical outcome results were compared with the 16-slice CT obtained after processing diagnostic CT diagnosis after treatment technology was 96.3%accuracy rate.Conclusion The 16-slice CT technology can accurately diagnose treatment ribs,scapula and sternum fractures,etc.has important clinical value,worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.关键词
