摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the lipoic acid combined withepalrestat in treatment of type 2 diabetes peripheral neuropathytreatment ef ect and application value. Methods Our hospital treatment of 134 patients with type 2 diabetes peripheral neuropathy as the research object,according to randomly divided into observation group and control group,67 cases in each group, control group given"insurable treatment,observation group in the control group given on the basis of lipoic acid according to pat his treatment,two groups of clinical curative ef ect observation.Results The patients in the observation group the total efficiency of treatment than in the control group, the statistical analysis and comparison,the dif erence was statistical y significant ( <0.05). Conclusion Lipoic acid combined with epalrestat treatment of peripheral neuropathy in type 2 diabetes mel itus and reliable,it is worth promoting in clinical use.关键词
