摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the blood test in anemia value contribution to the classification of the clinical disease.Provide the right judgment refrerence for anemia differential diagonosis.Motheds In our hospital during January 2012-January 2013 to our hospital for inspection and diagnosis of anemia in patients with information on the review analysis.Choose the Mediteranean anemia and iron deficiency anemia of 60 patients with data analysis.Notes for group A and group B resoectively.Observe to compare two groups of blood tests of RBC,MCV,hemoglobin Hb,MCH, RBC/MCV,RDW index. Results The measured results of RBC index of group A was 5.11 while group B was 3.32.The dif erence is statistical y significant.Hb index in group A was 99.65 while group B was 83.58.RDW valuedif erences between the two groups have statistical sifnificance,but group B>group A.The MCV,MCH,MACHC three index of two groups of test results were no significant dif erence value (P>0.05).Conclusion Blood tests of RBC,Hb,RDW indicators help the dif erential diagnosis of the Mdeiterranean anemia and iron deficiency anemia which is worth promoting.关键词
