Abstract
Objective To investigate the reduction in thyroid function (hypothyroidism) relationship with habitual abortion and the pathogenesis related. Methods The hospital 2008 August~2013 year in August 160 cases of habitual abortion were divided into hypothyroidism group and control group, control group with smal dose of aspirin and low molecular weight heparin, hypothyroidism group with L-thyroxine treatment on the basis of the control group, compared two groups of patients the treatment ef ect. Results Hypothyroidism group in the basic treatment timely levothyroxine replacement therapy, curative effect is distinct, the abortion rate, live birth rate, term birth, gestational age and antibody clearance were not statistical y dif erent from the control group. Conclusion Early pregnancy thyroid function screening and treatment has very important clinical significance, early thyroid replacement therapy can reduce the abortion rate.关键词
