摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the serum cholinesterase in patients with type 2 diabetes mel itus (CHE) and clinical application value.Methods 2013 January to 2013 December in our hospital admit ed to the Department of Endocrinology with butyrylthiocholine assay in 208 cases of CHE in type 2 diabetic patients and 100 normal control subjects selection method. Results In type 2 diabetes. The serum CHE content determination of (8929±1697)U/L, normal control group serum CHE determination of the content of (7170 ± 1460) U/L, the content of serum CHE in patients with type 2 diabetes group was significantly higher than that in the normal control group ( <0.001). Conclusion Determination of serum CHE levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus results can be used as a new index, has certain clinical significance.关键词
