Abstract
Objective Evaluate the clinical ef icacy of modified tension band fixation treatment of patel a fracture. Methods Modified tension band internal fixation, a total of 35 patients with patel ar fracture, adopt open reduction and internal fixation of way, al don't need a plaster external fixation postoperatively, do the early functional exercise. Results Modified tension band group of less postoperative complications, treatment ef ect is high. Conclusion Modified tension band internal fixation treatment of patel a fracture is the ideal treatment of patellar fracture treatment, It is easy to operate, smal trauma, reliable ef ect, fewer complications, knee joint functional recovery is good, suitable for in basic-level hospitals.关键词
