摘要
Abstract
Objective To study application of anterior and posteriorfixation operation for clinical outcome in patients with treatment of thoracolumbar spinal tuberculosis. Methods In our hospital, the patients were grouped as the object of study and research, both the application of debridement and fusion with internal fixation and bone graft for treatment. A group underwent anterior internalfixation; B group underwent posterior internal fixation. Two groups were then subdivided into single vertebrae involved (A1 group, B1 group) and multiple vertebral group (group A2, B2). The groupoperation time, bleeding amount and correction rate werecompared. Results The operation time and the intraoperative bleeding, A1 group were significantly lower than that of B1 group ( <0.05); in the correction rate and stability, the B2 group was significantly bet er than the A2 group ( < 0.05). Conclusion Theinvolvement of this kind of disease in patients with single vertebral body, the ideal solution for fixed operation mode of anterior internal; while the involved multiple vertebral patients, the ideal solution for posterior internal fixation. Treatment options forpatients with specific conditions corresponding, to promote therecovery of patients as soon as possible is of positive significance.关键词
