Abstract
Objective Observation of curative ef ect and safety of modified transvaginal operation in treatment of severe uterine prolapse. Methods 84 cases of patients with severe uterine prolapse, were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the observation group using improved vaginal hysterectomy treatment, control group used laparoscopic hysterectomy. Results The incidence of infection was lower than that in the control group the observation group operation time, postoperative. Conclusion The modified transvaginal operation in treatment of severe uterine prolapse, obvious curative effect, short operation time, less bleeding, quick recovery, low postoperative complications.关键词
