Abstract
Objective To investigate the nursing method of biliary fistula after operation of liver and gall and influence on the clinical therapeutic ef ect.Methods 100 cases of hepatobiliary operation in our hospital from 2010 May to2013 April were after biliary fistulapatients, randomly divided into the controlgroup of 50 cases, 50 cases in observation group, the control group received routine nursing care,observation group in the conventional nursing care baseduplink targetednursing intervention measures, for two groups of patients withclinical curative ef ect in patients with rate analysis. Results The ef ective rate oftreatment group was 94%, the ef ective rate of treatment groupwas significantly bet er than the control for 78% ( <0.05), the dif erence was statistical y significant. The observation group patients nursing satisfaction rate of 96%,significantly bet er than the control group Slow satisfaction rate was 76% ( < 0.05), the dif erence was statistically significant. Conclusion The close monitoring ofpatients, effective nursing measures, which can ef ectively improve thetherapeutic efficiency, improving the relationship between nurses and patients,decrease the dispute between nurses and patients, improvepatient care satisfaction rate.关键词
