摘要
Abstract
Objective Intravenous thrombolytic therapy in patients with acute myocardial infarction treatment clinical observation.Methods 68 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,control group using conventional methods of treatment,observation group on the basis of conventional using urokinase thrombolysis treatment,to observe the curative ef ect of the two groups.Results Observation group of patients with coronary artery is significantly higher than the control group,the rate of mortality and the incidence of heart failure in significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistical y significant.Conclusion Intravenous thrombolysis can be ef ective in treatment of acute myocardial infarction(mi),the prognosis is good,is worth further promotion in the clinical practice.关键词
