摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical treatment of acute myocardial infarction,further improve the level of diagnosis and treatment.Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group received routine therapy,the treatment group treated by intravenous thrombolytic therapy,compared two groups of patients with vascular recanalization rate and adverse reaction.Results Treatment group,the recanalization rate was significantly bet er than the control group,the adverse reaction was lower than the control group.Conclusion Intravenous thrombolytic therapy of acute myocardial infarction clinical curative ef ect is good,simple,and it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
