Abstract
Objective To explore the method and ef ect of the four point positioning sleeve circumcision for the treatment of redundant prepuce and phimosis. Methods Using four point positioning sleeve circumcision for the treatment of patients with redundant prepuce and phimosis in 120 cases. Emphasis on the four point positioning mark foreign plate ring tangential excision, ensure proper wrapping length. During coagulation, avoid line node left. Postoperative while focusing on tape with elastic compression package at fixed. Results 119 cases were successful, the case of a 62 year old adult phimosis due to adhesion dense cannot completely exposed glans failure. Less bleeding, postoperative wound edema light, quick recovery, no subcutaneous induration, beautiful appearance after wound healing. Conclusion The four point positioning sleeve circumcision of prepuce and phimosis patients satisfactory treatment effect.关键词
