Abstract
Objective To investigate the ef icacy of intermit ent blue light irradiation and continuous blue light treatment of neonatal jaundice and bad for the children's reaction. Methods Two patients based on routine clinical treatment, respectively take intermit ent blue light irradiation and continuous blue light treatment of the same time 72h. Results The observation group and the control group with significant efficiency, the total ef ective rate was no significant dif erence in adverse reactions occur, but intermit ent blue light irradiation such as rash, diarrhea rate was significantly reduced compared with the control group, the statistical test, there is significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion Multiple intermittent blue light irradiation and continuous blue light irradiation compared neonatal jaundice there were no significant differences, but to reduce adverse reactions.关键词
