Abstract
Objective To observe amiodarone, telmisartan treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibril ation (PAF) clinical results. Methods 2011.9-2013.8 admit ed to our hospital 120 cases of PAF patients. Only oral amiodarone group, the study group is added with telmisartan. Results After 2 years of treatment, both groups of patients with atrial fibril ation frequency than before treatment significantly reduced the duration of atrial fibril ation was significantly shortened, LVEF had increased. Among these indicators line group, the degree of improvement in the study group was significantly more than the control group. Both were statistical y significant ( <0.05). Conclusion Amiodarone, telmisartan combined with PAF treatment can ef ectively reduce the incidence of atrial fibril ation, while improving LVEF, inhibition LAD increased.关键词
