摘要
Abstract
Objective Study on Glycerine enema combined with normal saline enema saline enema in the treatment of opioid induced constipation patients and nursing intervention. Methods 300 patients with moderate or severe cancer pain were randomly divided into two groups with 150 cases in each. Treatment group were treated with enema with normal saline enema, the control group traditional soapy water large amounts of non-retention enema, compared two groups of after ef ect. Results The treatment group, 112 cases are ef ective;The control group, 82 cases are ef ective; Two group of sausage ef ect dif erence has statistics significance ( <0.01). Conclusion Glycerine enema combined with normal saline enema in the treatment of opioid induced constipation ef ect is good.关键词
