摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the ef ect of an 12-month nursing intervention designed to reduce the incidence of falls in rural community-living older adults.Methods The elderly adults aged over 60 years were selected from two vil ages and selected one vil age into the intervention group (giving Nursing intervention for 12-month),anther vil age into the control group(no measures given).Results After nursing intervention,the fall rate in the Nursing intervention group (6.25%)was significantly lower than that in the control group (17.50%)( <0.001).Conclusion Nursing intervention in rural community settings may be useful in preventing fal s among the elderly adults.关键词
