Abstract
Objective To study the clinical ef ect of treating mycoplasmal pneumonia in children with azithromycin combined with montelukast.Methods Choosed 100 patients from Aug.2012 to Aug.2013 to divide into study group and control ed group.Patients in controlled group were treated with azithromycin,and the study group were treated with azithromycincombined with montelukast,compared the ef ect of these two groups.Results The total ef ective rate of study group (98.0%) was significantly higher than control ed group (70.0%) ( <0.05).The various clinical indexes of study group were significantly bet er than control ed group ( <0.05).Conclusion Treating mycoplasmal pneumonia in children with azithromycincombined with montelukast is ef ective to improve the treatment ef ect and worth to extend in clinic.关键词
