Impact of Hemoperfusion Combined with Hemodialysis on Microinflammation in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

Abstract
With the increasing subhealth way of life and life rhythm speeding up, the incidence of kidney disease is significantly higher and higher, and varying degrees of kidney disease developed for uremia. As blood purification technology matures, the long-term survival rate of end-stage renal disease patients with maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) was significantly increased, how to improve the blood purification with maintenance hemodialysis patients' physical condition and quality of life has become the current domestic and international hot issues.This paper designed a contrast experiment on the ef ect of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis on the ef ect of maintenance hemodialysis patients with malnutrition and inflammation status, to evaluate two dif erent blood purification technology on inflammatory factors in patients with MHD scavenging ability, choose the best blood purification treatment provide the basis.关键词
