Abstract
Objective To study the e.faecalis treatment of elderly severe community-acquired pneumonia effect and the clinical curative ef ect. Methods From January 2012 to July 2012 in our hospital were analyzed during the period of diagnosis of CAP (60 or higher) of 68 cases of elderly patients with severe pneumonia, according to the dif erent treatments were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the observation group was given the e.faecalis treatment, control group given three first-generation cephalosporin antibiotics. Results Observation group clinical treatment ef ectiveness is better than that of control group, the dif erence is significant ( <0.05), the observation group total ef ective rate was 94.1%, 76.4% higher than the control group; The incidence of adverse reactions of observation group was obviously lower than the control group. Conclusion Beauty e.faecalis therapy in the treatment of senile severe community-acquired pneumonia clinical ef ect is remark.关键词
