Abstract
Objective To analyze the sequential and triple therapy to cure Helicobacter pylori cost-ef ectiveness. Methods 88 cases of patients with Helicobacter pylori infection, according to figures randomly divided into observation group table and the control group, 44 cases in each group. Cost sequential treatment of the observation group, the control group received triple therapy, the analysis of the two methods - ef ect. Results The total ef ective rate was 95.5% in the control group total ef ective rate was 81.8%, compared to ( <0.05) between groups. The cost of treatment observation group than the control group ( <0.05). Conclusion Sequential therapy to cure H. pylori cost - ef ective than triple therapy, triple therapy is bet er than treatment, high clinical value can be used as an ideal method for the treatment of Helicobacter pylori.关键词
