Abstract
Objective To analyze corneal recovery ef ect of soft corneal contact lens in the treatment of pterygium transposition, provides the reference for the clinical treatment of the disease. Methods From 2013 February ~2014 year in February 80 cases with pterygium surgery, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group of 80 cases of patients,postoperative observation group with soft corneal contact lens in the treatment,and the use of TBS and bFGF eye drops. Wear process according to the actual situation of disinfection, when the corneal surface recovery after removal;patients in control group were treated with the same bag eye, eye drops in treatment of postoperative. The two groups were observed after the operation of corneal wound healing. Results The patients in the observation group the ef ective rate was 87.5% after 3D, al recovered after 5d. The control group of patients after 3D ef iciency is 75%, total recovery after 7d. Conclusion Postoperative pterygium like wearing soft corneal contact lens, corneal surfacehas bet er recovery effect, should be widely applied in clinical practice.关键词
