摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical ef icacy and safety of mosapride and combined with omeprazole in the treatment of reflux esophagitis. Methods In our hospital in 40 patients with reflux esophagitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group from 2011 July to 2012 July in our hospital, each group had 20 patients. The observation group were treated with Mosapride combined with omeprazole treatment, patients in the control group treated with omeprazole treatment, the clinical curative ef ect of treatment of two groups were observed and compared. Results The observation group therapy the total ef ective rate was 90%, total ef ective rate of the control group was 75%, treatment group significantly bet er than the control group ( <0.05). Conclusion The clinical ef icacy of omeprazole combined with mosapride and for the treatment of reflux esophagitis significant, is a safe and ef ective treatment, worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.关键词
