Abstract
Acute abdominal pain is one of the common internal medicine disease, because its etiology is complex, condition changes quickly, which involves many departments, so the diagnosis clinical condition more also. Since the delay treatment, bring more pain to the patient, and even endanger the patient lives, on the other hand also easy to cause the doctor-patient relationship nervous. Therefore, the author is our col ege in recent years, 28 cases of patients with acute abdominal pain of digestive diseases misdiagnosed cases were analyzed.关键词
