摘要
Abstract
Objective To study Treatment ef ect of compound lidocaine cream on intravenous infusion extravasation in elderly patients . Methods 28 elderly patients with 37 males and 41 females selected were divided randomly into three groups by the order of the occurrence of extravasation with 39 cases each: Compound lidocaine cream group (Group A) and Magnesium sulfate solution group (Group B). The compound lidocaine creams were evenly applied in intravenous infusion site by 2-3 times everyday in Group A; Yarn block immersed in 50% magnesium sulfate solution in the continuous wet dressing in the extravasation site , and the yarn block moist was continued to maintain in Group B. Markedly time、completely absorbed time 、markedly 、valid and invalid cases were observed and recorded, and comfort scores were respectively calculated. Results Markedly time and completely absorbed time in Group A were significantly shorter than in Group B ,Comfort scores in Group A were significantly higher than in Group B and Group C ( <0.05). The number of markedly cases in Group A was significantly more than that in group B , and the number of valid and invalid cases was significantly less than that in group B ( <0.01 or 0.05). Conclusion Compound lidocaine cream can prefer a more cure for elderly patients with intravenous infusion extravasation due to swel ing、pain and other symptoms, the operation is simple and side ef ects are less.关键词
