Abstract
Objective In order to bet er carry out the work of unpaid blood donation, blood donation team enlarge, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, to voluntary blood donors appear blood donation adverse reaction were investigated. Methods 12960 cases of Xi'an City in 2012 January~2012 year in December the voluntary blood donors, including blood donation adverse reactions were 245 cases retrospective analysis. Results Blood donation reaction and age:young group, the rate of adverse reactions occurred in middle-aged group 3.16%, the adverse reaction rate 1.1%;blood donation adverse reaction and frequency of donating blood relationship donors:the initial reaction rate of 2.3%, two blood donors reaction was 1.3%;adverse reaction and whether fasting blood relationship: before the meal blood donation reaction rate 2.9%, postprandial blood donation adverse reaction rate of 1%. Conclusion Blood donation reaction caused by many factors, to strengthen prevention and treatment work, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, to ensure the physical and mental health of blood donors.关键词
