摘要
Abstract
Food safety is about people's livelihood and social stability, in recent years, a gust of food safety problems to scare the public mind, such incidents caused serious influence on the stable development of market economy, also pose a direct threat to national life and health. Cal ed for, 2009, \"food safety\" of icial y issued and implemented, but the law did not ef ectively solve the food safety problem, various problems stil . This paper argues that there are many reasons for the failures to prohibit food safety problems. Based on this, this paper puts forward some ideas to food safety regulatory system, in order to provide certain reference significance for perfecting relevant laws.关键词
