Abstract
Objective To establish a percutaneous nephrolithotomy channel in the clinical application value and experience in real time under the guidance of ultrasound. Methods Real time ultrasound guided puncture in 51 cases, are unilateral, establishment of percutaneous nephrolithotomy channel after percutaneous nephrolithotomy. Results 51 cases were successful puncture of percutaneous nephrolithotomy channel. Choose 11 intercostal puncture point 39 side, 12 rib puncture site in 12 cases. No pleural injury, abdominal organ injury operation complications. Summary of stone as rate of 88.2%. Conclusion Ultrasound guided percutaneous nephrolithotomy is a safe and ef ective minimal y invasive techniques, can provide real-time, accurate monitoring, safe for percutaneous nephrolithotomy, on percutaneous nephrolithotomy has important application value.关键词
