Abstract
Objective To discuss the treatment of the clinical ef ect about fibular anatomical hook plate used in external ankle fracture and summarize the treatment experience . Methods From February 2011 to April 2013, 28 patients with external ankle fractures with open reduction and fibula hook plate internal fixation surgery.Rate of postoperative ankle function,And observation of postoperative complications,Such as wound infection, internal fixation failure and fracture non-unions, etc.Results Fol owed up for 8 to 24 months,The fracture cases were healing,Score of 65~99 minutes, on average: 91.25 minutes,the excellent 21 cases,the good 4 cases, can be in 3 cases, fine rate: 89.29%. Conclusion External ankle bone fracture surgery treatment emphasis on external ankle normal valgus angle and length of anatomical structures,stable and ef ective fracture fixation, early function exercise.The fibular anatomical hook plate can achieve very good external ankle fractures treated by surgical operation requirements.关键词
