Abstract
Objective To summarize the application of Salter pelvic osteotomy for the treatment of developmental dislocation of the hip in children. Methods 2008 August to 2012 August, 6 hips in 8 patients in our department of developmental dislocation of the hip, underwent limb skeletal traction for 2 weeks, the Salter pelvic osteotomy and joint capsule cleaning tightening suture, combined with subtrochanteric osteotomy in 8 hips. Results Fol owed up for 6 months to 4 years, mean fol ow-up of 24 months, clinical fol ow-up by Mckay criteria for hip joint function and X-ray were performed according to the Severin standard. According to Mckay criteria of hip joint function after operation, the excellent and good rate was 97%; performance according to Severin standard X-ray after operation, the excellent and good rate was 95.15%. Conclusion Salter pelvic osteotomy is the preferred surgical dislocation of the hip operation in treatment of early child development, early diagnosis and early treatment, the clinical ef ect is satisfactory.关键词
