Abstract
Objective To observe budesonide by oxygen aerosol inhalation therapy of pediatric clinical curative effect of combined measles pneumonia. Methods 90 cases measles combined pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group (48 cases and control group, 42 cases in the two groups in addition to the routine anti-infection, suit the support treatment, treatment group given oxygen atomization inhalation budesonide. The control group only antivirus, anti-infection, symptomatic support treatment. Results The two groups after treatment in patients with cough shortness of breath relief time, lung rale disappearing time, dyspnea improved time, X-ray absorption time dif erence had statistical significance ( < 0.01), the dif erence between two groups of clinical curative ef ect was statistical y significant ( < 0.05).
