Abstract
Objective To study Apigenin in treatment of rats osteosarcoma on Caspases-3 and NF-кB protein expression. Methods 50 rats were randomly divided into model group, Cisplatin group(10 mg/kg), Apigenin group(2.5, 5, 10mg/kg). The models of rats osteosarcoma were made by operation. Al groups were gavage for 30 days. After the last administration 24h, weighing of rat thymus, pancreas weight. In osteosarcoma Caspases-3 and NF-кB expressions were assessed using Western blot ing assay. Results Compared with the model group, the thymus and pancreas weight cyclophosphamide treatment group increased ( <0.05); Transplantation of apigenin enhanced the expression of Caspases-3 protein significantly in the damaged zone; Meanwhile, the expression of NF-кB expression levels were significantly down-regulated( <0.05). Conclusion Apigenin can improve immunity osteosarcoma in rats; improve Caspases3 protein levels; decrease the expression of NF-кB protein. Inhibit the proliferation of osteosarcoma cells, inducing apoptosis in osteosarcoma cells.关键词
