摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the ef ects of patients with ovarian tumor in pregnancy treated by laparoscopic operation or Laparotomy. Methods Totally 163 patients were treated by laparoscopic operation or Laparotomy.92 of the patients received laparoscopic operation,71 underwent Laparotomy. Results Laparoscopic operation group and laparotomy group from the operation time, blood loss,hospital stay were significant dif erences ( <0.01),with statistical significance. Conclusion Laparoscopic operation has a small surgical injury,postoperative healing,the prognosis is good for patients,is worthy of clinical use.关键词
