Objective In operation room of high quality nursing service by objective, improve the overal quality of nursing staf in operation room, improve patient satisfaction. Methods Improved operation room nursing procedures change operation room nursing mode, establishing the system of flexible work humanization, conscientiously do a good job interview before operation and operation after the visit. Results Improve the quality of nursing in operation room.
