摘要
Abstract
Proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H-MRS)is a non-invasive study of human normal or pathological tissue metabolism, biochemical changes and compounds quantitative analysis method, and its specificity is strong, especial y in glioma brain tumors is widely applied .And provide useful image information for evaluating biologic classification of glioma and regulating reasonable treatment principles. Hereby 1H-MRS technology and its application in diagnosis, glioma grading, prognostic and therapeutic and other applications were reviewed , summarized 1H-MRS in glioma application value.关键词
