摘要
Abstract
Objective Discuss and analyse the clinical ef ect of acute pelvic inflammatory disease treat by ceftazidime and cefoxitin.Methods Ninty-eight cases of patients were randomly selected and divided into ceftazidime group and cefoxitin group, the ceftazidime group were intravenous drip ceftazidime of 3.0g/t,2t/d,the cefoxitin group were intravenous drip ceftazidime of 3.0g/t,2t/d, after 7 days′treatment, al cases were given blood test and gynecologic examination to two groups.Results The total ef ective rate of ceftazidime group is 83%and cefoxitin group is 92%(P<0.05). Conclusion Compare with ceftazidime, cefoxitin treatment of acute pelvic inflammatory disease is bet er and adverse reactions is less.关键词
