Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical application of anesthesia ef ect of ultrasound-guided interscalene brachial plexus block.Methods Thepatients with upper limb trauma in our hospital from 2013 January toSeptember during this period in the selected 100 people as sample,dividedinto two groups,each group of 50 people,were named as the experimental group and the control group.For the experimental group using a portable B Ultrasound instrument in the neck by two-dimensional ultrasound images to determine the puncture for interscalene position,the control group withtraditional anatomic landmarks were punctured,with two groups of patients with operation time of the first block,block onset time,complete block time,adjuvant drug cases and complication rate as evaluation index of treatment hus,comparative analysis. Results Compared with control group, the test group patients with operation time block,block onset time,complete block time is shortened obviously, P value of less than 0.05,and the test grouppatients adjuvant drug cases and complication rate was significantly lower than the control group,the P value is less than 0.05.Conclusion Goodanesthesia ef ect ultrasound-guided interscalene brachial plexus block in clinical application, and can ef ectively shorten the block time,reduce the complication rate,is a new technology of high ef iciency,good safety,can be widely used in clinical treatment.关键词
