Abstract
Objective To investigate and demonstrate the need for microscopic examination of blood smears when the blood of the inspection . Methods February 2013-October 2013 period were 980 blood specimens using blood analyzers to check for compliance with inspection standards which 400 specimens of blood smear microscopy of blood samples from 400 blood smear microscopy check the results with the results of the use of the blood analyzer checks were analyzed. Results Hematology analyzer test results with the results of microscopic examination of blood smears 259 cases (64.75%) match, 141 cases do not match (35.25%) embodied in: blood analyzer test results showed normal or elevated WBC, N rises, blood abnormal smear microscopy result was 18.25%(73/400), when the WBC normal or elevated or lowered, B, M count changes, abnormal results of blood smear microscopy was 11.5%(46/400), is about WBC normal or elevated or reduced, while RBC, HB, MCV, RDW and other indicators of abnormal red blood cellmorphology changes significantly, mainly for the red blood cellsize, high pigmented. Conclusion Blood smear microscopy can improve the accuracy of the test results of blood samples , can provide a more reliable basis for clinical diagnosis of doctors, at ention should be paid .关键词
