摘要
Abstract
Objective To study ef ect of HuangPu enema decoction combined with shenkang zhusheye on chronic renal failure. Methods 136 cases patients with chronic renal failure were divided into observation group and control group, control group given shenkang zhusheye, observation group was given HuangPu enema decoction combined with shenkang zhusheye. Symptoms integral, biochemical indicators between two groups were compared. Results Observation group nausea vomiting, mental burnout, complexion dark points(0.59±0.59, 0.58±0.56, 0.69±0.62), serum creatinine(398.3±42.85)umol/L, urea nitrogen(12.0±2.43)mmol/L were significantly lower than control group, endogenous creatinine clearance (18.9 ±4.02)mL/min was significantly higher than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion HuangPu enema decoction combined shenkang zhusheye can ef ectively al eviate symptoms of chronic renal failure, slow down disease progression.关键词
