摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical ef icacy of interferon α -2a combined with adefovir dipivoxil in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B. Methods Retrospective analysis method, the Fifth People's Hospital of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region were retrospectively analyzed in 56 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients clinical data. Results At the end of treatment were observed in group ALT normalization, HBV-DNA seroconversion rate, HBeAg negative conversion rate, the observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Chronic hepatitis B clinical curative ef ect is bet er than single interferon interferon and adefovir dipivoxil treatment, and is worthy of popularization and application.关键词
