Abstract
Objective To investigate the pathogenesis characteristics and trend of Tianmen from 2008 to 2013 disease hand foot mouth, provide the basis for the prevention and control of hand foot and mouth disease. Methods Using the Tianmen Bureau of statistics epidemic monitoring data, descriptive epidemiological analysis on the epidemic data of hand foot mouth disease in Tianmen. Results In Tianmen in recent 5 years, the epidemic of HFMD overal upward trend. Conclusion The hand foot mouth disease susceptible population for children below 5 years old, should be carried out to the source of infection management and severe cases treatment comprehensive control measures for key. Publicity and education, strengthen business training, standardize the diagnosis and treatment procedures, strengthen the monitoring of the epidemic, reduce the occurrence of severe and death cases, to prevent the outbreak.关键词
