摘要
Abstract
Objective In the prevention of cardiothoracic surgery perioperative clinical care and application ef ect of deep vein thrombosis.Methods Choose 100 patients undergoing elective esophageal cancer surgery, patients randomly divided into research group and control group 50 cases each. Control group given conventional perioperative nursing, the team DVT prevention measures, the number of observed two groups of DVT in the aftermath of the nursing.Results Control group DVT3 cases, including 1 case of acute thrombosis fal of to lethal pulmonary embolism. The team has not occurred DVT.Conclusion In perioperative patients preventive measures should be taken to significantly reduce the incidence of DVT, reduce the patients' length of hospital stay, cost factors and mortality.关键词
