Abstract
Objective To discuss about the selection and application of clavicle fracture internal fixation method.Methods Selected from patients as the research object. The author USES the open reduction and plate internal fixation and gram needle fixation to treat clavicular fracture,divided into students'and group b according to the principle of reciprocity.Results The students'20 cases of postoperative X ray film review showed fracture of the anatomy of the registration.In 20cases of postoperative b fixed and no loosening,bending steel plate,fracture are anatomical alignment check after half an year,operation failure rate to zero.Conclusion Gram needle fixation with simple operation,lit le injury,without the advantages of the operation,more suitable for cross sectional fracture,and is not suitable for crushing type fractures.关键词
