摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe and analyze the Isotretinoin and Tazarotene Gel (0.05﹪)clinical curative ef ect of combined treatment of intractable verruca plana. Methods 40 cases in observation group were given Isotretinoin and Tazarotene Gel (0.05﹪)combination therapy,40 cases in the control group were only given the Tazarotene Gel (0.05﹪)treatment,the clinical ef icacy of the two groups were compared.Results In the observation group,the total ef ective rate of treatment was 80 (32/40),the control group in the total ef iciency is 62.5 (25/40),two P<0.05 group,with a significant dif erence,there was statistical significance.Conclusion Isotretinoin and Tazarotene Gel (0.05﹪) clinical curative ef ect of combined treatment of intractable verruca plana is remarkable,is worth the clinical promotion.关键词
