Abstract
Objective Fishbone diagram was used to explore the risk factors of medical personnel's occupational exposure protection in some hospital. The process of the analysis was elaborated in this paper, simultaneously with the ef ect evaluation through the historical data trends. We hope this paper can provide a reference for the peer unit. Methods The reason type of fishbone diagram was applied in this paper, analyzing the problems of hospital's occupation exposure management. Results It was found that using the fishbone diagram wil help to solidify thoughts, explore the root cause of current problem in the occupational exposure management, and provide ideas for improvement measures. Conclusion The correct use of fishbone analysis can help to think more orderly, systematic, and solve the problems more quickly and ef ectively.关键词
