Abstract
Objective To explore the curative ef ect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of children with bronchial asthma, provide a reference basis for the future clinical work. Methods From January 2012 to January 2012 I treated 100 cases of severe bronchial asthma were as the research object, according to the dif erent methods of treatment, were divided into control group and treatment group. Control group given oxygen, anti-infection, glucocorticoid and other support treatment, the treatment group in the control group on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine medicinal broth was given to observe the clinical ef ect of two groups of children and adverse reactions occur. Results Total ef ective rate compared the two groups after treatment in children with chi-square = 11.4238; EOS determination compared t=6.7685;Breathing is t=3.5082;Wheezing sound is t=2.0319;Cough is t=3.5082;The dif erence is statistical y significant. Conclusion Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment can ef ectively improve severe bronchial asthma children with lung function, reduce the risk of asthma, control of asthma symptoms, and no serious adverse reactions, worthy of clinical promotion use.关键词
