Abstract
Objective To analyze Shuxuetong joint vinpocetine injection for treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods From January 2012 - December Shuxuetong injection treatment as control group, 83 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients in our hospital during the same period and 83 patients treated with vinpocetine for joint group, compared two groups of treatment in patients with total ef ective rate and neurologic deficits and daily life ability to score, to assess their ef ectiveness. Results The combined treatment group total ef ective rate is significantly higher than the control group, the neural function defect score was significantly lower than the control group, daily life ability score is significantly higher than the control group, two groups of data by comparing dif erences statistical y significant, (P< 0.01). Incidence of adverse reactions and the control group. Conclusion The application of combined vinpocetine Shuxuetong injection in treatment of acute cerebral infarction, patients with symptoms improved significantly, safe and reliable, worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
