Abstract
Objective The purpose is to compare the ef ectiveness of intravenous caheters and intravenous fluid infusion needles in the pre-hospital emergency. Methods 300 patients with pre-hospital Emergency in our hospital were randomly divided into Intravenous catheters group and intravenous fluid Infusion Nedles group, 150 cases in each group, a retrospective analysis was performed on clinical data. Results There was not statistical y significant between both groups on the success rate of puncture, incidence of needle stick injuries and so on (P>0.05), Intravenous catheters group was bet er than Intravenous fluid Infusion needles group. There was statistical y significant between both groups on Needle drop, leakage, no shift of the needle and so on (P<0.05), Intravenous catheters group was bet er than Intravenous fluid Infusion needles group. Conclusion In the application of Intravenous catheters in pre hospital emergency can ef ectively reduce the needle abscission and the incidence of leakage, In order to provide security for the needle without displacement, to ensure patency of venous access, convenient first-aid, dangerous,heavy patients and multiple medications or repeated intravenous administration, for emergency patients win rescue time, to improve the success rate of pre hospital emergency , Suitable for wide application in pre hospital emergency .关键词
