Abstract
Objective To understand the minimal y invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy clinical ef ect for the treatment of kidney stones. Methods In our hospital between December 2011 and December 2013 patients of kidney stones for sampling, selecting compared 84 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group to traditional open surgery treatment, the experimental group who suf er nephrolithotomy, and compare the clinical ef icacy of two groups of patients. Colostomy time.Results Experimental operation time, postoperative hospital stay, complication rates were significantly lower than control group (P< 0.05), and intraoperative blood loss was significantly less than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Minimal y invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy treatment kidney stones curative ef ect is good, can significantly shorten the operation time, reduce the bleeding, worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
