Abstract
Objective To study the Hemabate in treatment of 90 cases of contractions fatigue clinical ef ect of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods 90 cases of our hospital contractions fatigue sex postpartum hemorrhage patients were randomly divided into observation group and reference group, 45 cases, given the routine hemostatic treatment in both groups, observation group on the basis of using mother yan pei treatment, clinical hemostatic ef ect of two groups of patients, the bleeding time, adverse reactions to observe what is happening. Results The observation group of patients stop bleeding ef ective rate was 91.1%, the reference group of bleeding in patients with ef ective rate of 66.7%, data comparison was statistical y significant (P<0.05);The bleeding time observation group was obviously shorter than the reference group (P<0.05); Two groups of patients during treatment the incidence of adverse reactions have statistical significance (P< 0.05). Conclusion Hemabate contractions fatigue postpartum bleeding treatment ef ect is remarkable, the low incidence of adverse reactions, help to promote patients recover.关键词
